My Keurig Elite is not working, does anyone know how to fix it?
I mean actually take it apart and fix it. I have only had it a year and the heating light has been lit for days and the "mug light" isn't lit so I can't make coffee. I unplugged it and called customer service. They told me to get a new one, that the heating element is broken. I want to try and fix the heating element but I can't even figure out how to open it! Any help?
I have the same problem, heating light stays on. Nothing happens. We've had this machine 6 months and it sees light use. I unplugged the coffee maker when when we went on vacation for a week. Problem started when we returned. Is there anyway to reset this .i definitely wouldn't suggest trying to fix the heating element. BUY A DIFFERENT COFFEE MAKER lol sry
